Rounding Out Direct Primary Care with Employee Wellness
November 19, 2025
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM CT
The Big Beautiful Bill and corporatization of healthcare are incentivizing the use of Direct Primary Care (DPC) models in the workplace. The next logical step for employers and providers is to incorporate worksite wellness initiatives into the DPC model. This will accomplish at least two goals: 1) achieve economic efficiency by integrating two otherwise separate initiatives (medical care and employee wellness); and 2) offer employees more holistic care that focuses not only on managing disease and illness, but also allowing primary care providers to truly work on preventing disease through employee lifestyle and community improvements. This webinar will address how healthcare corporatization is adversely impacting both employers and physicians, how DPC models can align with workplace wellness initiatives, and how the combination of DPC and employee wellness can tackle a glaring problem with current medical care delivery, which fails to adequately engage in preventive care. Attendees will leave the webinar armed with a plan to make significant strides in employee wellbeing.
